Welcome to 2011 at Grossmann Canteen. 2011 brings an updated canteen menu. Please feel free to view this on line. The Christmas break has seen some changes within the canteen. Our old freezer broke down at the end of 2010 which we removed and we have a lovely brand new freezer from Streets. We have also updated the front of the canteen to give the students better visibility within the canteen.
Term 1 brings a new line of jelly cups and chocolate mousse cups. These have been very popular with all the warm weather we have been having. We have also introduced homemade stewed apple & custard with muesli on top. Yoghurt cups with fresh mixed berries. For all of Term 1 we are raffling a scooter. To receive an entry in the draw all the students need to do is place a lunch order and fill in a ticket to have a chance to win the scooter.
Thank you to all the new year 7 parents that have volunteered at the canteen in 2011. I look forward to meeting you all. Also a big thank you to the parents that continue to volunteer and support the canteen year after year, even the parents that no longer have children attending the school. This shows great friendship and dedication. Glenys, Robyn and I love spending time with you all. Thank you again.
