You are here: Assessment Information >> Late Assessment Process IF I MISS AN ASSESSMENT TASK ILLNESS & MISADVENTURE IF IT IS AN IN CLASS TASK Contact should be made with the school THE DAY THE TASK IS DUE. A call to the front office on 49342066 to advise the Head Teacher of your absence will suffice in the first instance. IF IT IS A HAND UP ASSIGNMENT AND YOU ARE SICK, THE ASSESSMENT CAN BE ; Submitted by 8.40am to the office staff so there is no penalty (They will issue a receipt for the collection of the task and hand it over to the relevant Head Teacher.) ***do not simply turn up to class and say you were sick in the morning, unless you have a doctor’s certificate to explain the absence*** Or ON THE DAY YOU RETURN TO SCHOOL, the task is submitted to the head teacher WITH A MISADVENTURE FORM(these are available to download from our website) all information including Doctor’s certificates are to be handed in at this time. If you need other copies of this document, the original is to be SIGHTED by the Head Teacher and a copy given for their records. ** Failure to submit the work or see the Head Teacher to resit an exam on the FIRST DAY back at school will result in a zero mark!** |
